To get a password:

1）When entering the page of “Sign In”, click “Forgot your password?”.

2）Input your registered email address, and then click “submit”.

3）TradeTang will send an e-mail to your registered email address with a new password in about 20 minutes. Repeated trying is not recommended in this period as we send different passwords everytime. You can try again if you do not receive it in due course.
