For each transaction, the buyer and supplier are allowed to rate each other's performance by leaving feedback. Each feedback left consists of a rating (positive, neutral or negative) and a short comment. To maintain the integrity of the feedback system, feedback left for a member becomes a permanent part of that member's record. The comments cannot be edited at a later date.

To leave feedback:

Sign in to "My Tang".

Click the "Feedback" link at the navigation on the left of the page.

Click the Leave Feedback button in the action column of the transactions list. From this page, you will be able to leave feedback for the suppliers, as well as check the feedback the suppliers left about you or the one you left for them.

Violations

Because TradeTang does not censor feedback or investigate it for accuracy, TradeTang is not legally responsible for the remarks that members post, even if those remarks are defamatory.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

Listing cancellation

Account suspension

Feedback removal

Forbidden Feedback Activities

It is forbidden to:

Offer to sell, buy or barter feedback.

Register multiple accounts (or working with others) in order to exchange feedback to artificially increase your feedback score.

Include the term "feedback" or any reference to TradeTang feedback in the item title or description. The only exception is when the term "feedback" directly describes the item listed.

To communicate with a member offering to pay them for their user name.

Extortion

Threatening to leave negative or neutral feedback for another member unless the other member provides goods or services not included in the original listing is not permitted.

What to do if you are the victim of libel or extortion

If you have experienced feedback abuse, manipulation or extortion, please contact us indicating the order number. Feedback will be removed if:

The comment contains profane, vulgar, obscene, or racist language or adult material. Inflammatory language, such as "fraud, liar, cheater, scam artist, con man" etc., while strongly discouraged, will not be removed.

The feedback comment contains personal identifying information about another member, including real name, address, phone number, or e-mail address.

The feedback comment contains links or scripts.

A member placed a negative comment mistakenly (for the wrong member) and has informed us of the error as well as placing the same feedback for the member for whom it was intended.

Feedback left by a member who provided TradeTang with false contact information and could not be contacted. In general, the transaction period is considered to be 90 days from the end of the listing or 30 days from the date the feedback was left, whichever was longer.

Feedback left by a member who purchased an item solely to have the opportunity to leave negative feedback for the supplier, with no intention of completing the transaction.
