Standard Booth: Provides basic booth facilities, including display panels, tables, chairs, lighting, etc., suitable for small businesses or companies exhibiting for the first time. Prices vary depending on booth size and location. Raw space booths: No facilities are provided. Exhibitors can design and build their own booths, suitable for companies that wish to personalize their presentation. Prices are calculated per square meter and vary depending on the location.Booking process
Fill out the application form: Fill out the booth application form online, providing basic company information and booth requirements. Choose a booth: Select your preferred booth location based on the booth layout map, and confirm the booth type and size. Submit your application: Submit your booth application form and related materials, and wait for the organizing committee to review it. Contract signing: After the review is approved, the organizing committee will sign a booth rental contract with the applicant company, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties. Pay deposit: Pay the booth deposit as required by the contract to ensure successful booth reservation. Pay the final payment: Pay the final payment for the booth according to the time agreed in the contract. Booth Confirmation: Once payment is completed, the booth reservation is officially confirmed, and exhibitors will receive a booth confirmation letter and exhibition guidelines. The Beijing International Organic and Green Food Exhibition (CIOE) is the largest and most influential industry event for the organic and green food sector in Asia. It is jointly organized by the China Association for Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Enterprises, the China Health Industry Development Alliance, and the Asia Organic Industry Development Promotion Association.
It covers a range of organic and green foods from around the world and is an annual gathering for elites in the organic and green food industry. In line with market demands, it is committed to creating Asia's best one-stop platform for the procurement and technical exchange of organic and green foods, and jointly promotes and leads the rapid development of the organic and green food industry.
The Beijing International Organic and Green Food Exhibition (CIOE) focuses on serving the organic food industry and provides professional services to green food companies. Market-oriented, it has formed a strong cohesive force within the industry, attracting widespread attention and active participation from domestic and foreign companies. A total of 600 companies from 16 countries and regions participated in the exhibition, including pavilions from Russia, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Jilin, and Yunnan, representing a 5% increase compared to the previous edition. Among them, there were 60 overseas exhibitors and Sino-foreign joint ventures. The exhibition area reached 35,000 square meters, making it the largest in the industry and the most important international exhibition for organic and green food in Asia.
The Beijing International Organic and Green Food Exhibition (CIOE) achieved direct transaction volume of 66.5 million yuan, with exhibitors securing over 90 million yuan in intended transactions during the exhibition alone. 96% of participating companies were satisfied with the exhibition's results, and 80% confirmed on-site their intention to expand their operations and participate in the next edition. The exceptionally large professional audience once again made it a premier event for the organic and green food industry.
