Introduction to the Chengdu Food and Drinks Fair:

The National Sugar and Wine Commodities Fair (hereinafter referred to as the National Sugar and Wine Fair), often referred to as the "barometer" of China's food industry, was established in 1955 and is one of China's oldest and largest professional exhibitions. The National Sugar and Wine Fair is a long-standing, large-scale, and influential exhibition in China's food and beverage industry, and industry insiders consider serving industry development and contributing to national economic construction and social development to be its unchanging mission.

The National Sugar and Wine Fair is expected to attract over 6,600 exhibitors and showcase more than 300,000 products. This year's fair will feature special zones for dairy products and ice cream, the Chinese liquor industry chain, and innovative ingredients for the first time. The total exhibition area reaches 325,000 square meters, a record high. It is anticipated to attract over 400,000 professional visitors, with participating manufacturers' intended transaction volume expected to exceed 100 billion yuan.

Shi Dongyan, Secretary-General of the National Sugar and Wine Fair Organizing Committee, introduced that a major feature of this year's fair is the large number and high quality of exhibitors participating in the form of exhibition groups. Approximately 30 domestic exhibition groups from Beijing, Jiangxi, Gansu, Guangxi, Chongqing, and other regions, as well as 24 international exhibition groups from France, Japan, Spain, Italy, South Korea, Thailand, Czech Republic, Belgium, Netherlands, New Zealand, and other countries will participate in the fair, reflecting the continuous accumulation of favorable factors for economic growth.

Well-known companies from all categories, including Moutai, Wuliangye, Fenjiu, Luzhou Laojiao, Jiannanchun, Langjiu, Xijiu, Mengniu, China Tea, Shougang Food, Orion, Quanjude, Zilin Vinegar, Totole, and Pixian Douban, participated in the exhibition.
