Submit your application: Submit your booth application form and related materials, and wait for the organizing committee to review it. Contract signing: After the review is approved, the organizing committee will sign a booth rental contract with the applicant company, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties. Pay deposit: Pay the booth deposit as required by the contract to ensure successful booth reservation. Pay the final payment: Pay the final payment for the booth according to the time agreed in the contract. Booth Confirmation: Once payment is completed, the booth reservation is officially confirmed, and exhibitors will receive a booth confirmation letter and exhibition guidelines. The Livestock Abu Dhabi Exhibition (VIV MEA) marks a positive continuation of the global livestock and agribusiness industry in the region, showcasing the solid foundation of B2B business in the Middle East and North Africa. One-third of visitors came from the UAE, followed by countries such as Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. 67% of on-site visitors expressed interest in the exhibition.
