Seoul Coffee Show Booth Types and Prices
Standard Booth: Provides basic booth facilities, including display panels, tables, chairs, lighting, etc., suitable for small businesses or companies exhibiting for the first time. Prices vary depending on booth size and location. Raw space booths: No facilities are provided. Exhibitors can design and build their own booths, suitable for companies that wish to personalize their presentation. Prices are calculated per square meter and vary depending on the location.
Booth booking process
Fill out the application form: Fill out the booth application form online, providing basic company information and booth requirements. Choose a booth: Select your preferred booth location based on the booth layout map, and confirm the booth type and size. Submit your application: Submit your booth application form and related materials, and wait for the organizing committee to review it. Contract signing: After the review is approved, the organizing committee will sign a booth rental contract with the applicant company, clarifying the rights and obligations of both parties. Pay deposit: Pay the booth deposit according to the contract requirements. Pay the final payment: Pay the final payment for the booth according to the time agreed in the contract. Booth Confirmation: Once payment is completed, your booth reservation is officially confirmed, and you will receive a booth confirmation letter and exhibition guidelines.
